These terms apply to the ShoppingLite website (shoppinglite.in) and the ShoppingLite Android app, operated by TP Studios India (“we”, “us”). By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use ShoppingLite. Questions: support@shoppinglite.in.

1. What ShoppingLite is

  • Deals and shopping links. ShoppingLite lists deals, offers and links to online retailers. We are not a shop: every purchase you make at a retailer is a contract between you and that retailer.
  • Tools. The app includes Tools such as Resume Maker, Cover Letter Maker, Biodata Maker, Passport Photo Maker, Background Remover, Document Scanner, Signature Maker, and image and PDF tools. The files you make are created on your phone.
  • Radio, TV and news. These sections play or show content from third-party stations, channels and publishers, who are responsible for it.

2. Accuracy of listings

Prices, discounts, stock and offer terms come from retailers and change often. We show what we recorded at the time; the retailer’s page is always the authority. Check it before you buy.

3. Accounts

You can use most of ShoppingLite without an account. Purchases in the Tools need one, so they can be linked to you and restored on another phone. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

4. The Tools and what you make

  • Your content is yours. You own the text, photos and documents you put into the Tools and the files you make with them. We do not claim any rights to them, and they are not uploaded to our servers.
  • You are responsible for it. Make sure what you put in a resume, biodata, cover letter or other document is true, and that you have the right to use the photos and documents you work with.
  • Lawful use only. Do not use the Tools to create forged, altered or misleading identity documents, certificates or signatures, or to impersonate anyone.
  • Official requirements. Passport Photo Maker follows common size and background rules, but each authority sets its own requirements and makes its own decision. We cannot guarantee that a photo or document will be accepted, so check the current rules of the office you are applying to.
  • Watermark on free saves. Some Tools add a small “SHOPPING LITE” watermark to files saved for free. You can remove it by buying that file’s watermark removal or with Tools Pro, as described below.

5. Purchases and Tools Pro

  • Through Google Play only. Purchases are made and paid for through Google Play, under Google Play’s terms. The price, including any applicable taxes, is the one Google Play shows you before you confirm.
  • Remove watermark (one-time). A single payment that removes the watermark from one file. It is not a subscription. Saving that same file again stays free.
  • Tools Pro (subscription). A monthly subscription that removes the watermark from every Tool that has one while it is active. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; you keep Tools Pro until the end of the month you have paid for. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel it.
  • Linked to your account. Purchases belong to the ShoppingLite account used to buy them and can be restored when you sign in to that account on another phone. They cannot be moved to a different account.
  • Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A purchase that is refunded no longer removes the watermark.
  • Changes. We may change which Tools have a watermark, what Tools Pro includes, or its price (Google Play tells subscribers before a price increase applies to them). A change never takes away a file you have already unlocked, or a Tools Pro month you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not copy the site’s content in bulk or scrape it automatically.
  • Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, or to get around the watermark, purchases or account checks.
  • Do not copy, modify or redistribute the app, or use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Third-party links and content

Links lead to sites and services we do not control; their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ShoppingLite. We earn commissions from some links — see the affiliate disclosure.

8. Intellectual property

The ShoppingLite name, app, site design and original written content belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app and the website under these terms. Retailer names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are used to identify their offers.

9. Availability

We work to keep ShoppingLite running and accurate, but the service may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, add or remove features. Paid benefits you already have are handled as described in section 5.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a purchase you made at a retailer, from an incorrect or outdated listing, from how a document you made with the Tools is used or received, or from the service being unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to ShoppingLite is limited to the amount you paid us for purchases in the Tools in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using ShoppingLite and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service; a subscription that ends for that reason is not refunded, except where the law requires.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, write to support@shoppinglite.in and we will try to resolve it with you first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
